Calendar questions
What is on the access calendar?
The FY 2026–27 calendar lists polo, racing, Formula 1, tennis, golf, concerts, art fairs, literature festivals and couture weeks in India and abroad, with what we arrange for each through authorised channels. Anything not yet announced is marked To be confirmed, and the cost of what we arrange is quoted per request in a written quote.
What does To be confirmed mean on the calendar?
It marks anything the organiser has not yet announced, such as a date, a venue or a programme. We confirm it once it is published.
Can I request an event that is not on the calendar?
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind, whether it's an event, a table, a stay or a one-off request. If it can be done lawfully, through authorised channels, and it's available, we'll arrange it. If it can't, we'll say so.
Are prices shown on the calendar?
No. The actual cost of what we arrange is quoted per request in a written quote, with any taxes shown and no service fee or markup, before anything is booked.
How does payment work for events abroad?
Differently from India. Our Terms explain how.
Beyond the list
Not on the list? Ask.
