When is the Australian Open 2027?

The Australian Open 2027 runs 11 to 31 January at Melbourne Park. Opening Week is 11 to 16 January, the main draw begins on 17 January, and the singles finals are on 30 and 31 January. AO Reserve is the tournament's official premium hospitality programme, sold by the tournament.

The tournament's premium hospitality

AO Reserve is the Australian Open's official premium hospitality programme, sold by the tournament. For 2027 the tournament has announced a culinary line-up led by Dominique Crenn, the first female chef in the United States to earn three Michelin stars:

  • Dominique Crenn: Quarter by Bar Crenn, a new space overlooking Garden Square, and AO Glasshouse during the finals.
  • Simon Rogan of L'Enclume: Club 1905.
  • Peter Gilmore: Champions Rooftop.
  • Shimpei Raikuni of Sushi Room, Brisbane: the On-Court suite beneath Rod Laver Arena.
  • Stephen Nairn: The Lounge and The Terrace.
  • Daniela Maiorano: The Gallery.

The tournament says the programme also includes premium seating in Rod Laver Arena and in-seat service. What each space includes is set by AO Reserve.

Choosing the days

The early rounds give the most tennis per session; the quarterfinal nights and finals weekend carry the occasion. Choose the day first, then the space.

How we plan it

  • Late January is high season in Melbourne, so flights, hotel and the session plan are settled together.
  • Allow time for the travel documents your passport requires.

Hear about events early.

A short, occasional email when events worth asking about come up. No offers, no noise.
